Exporting Your Analytics Data

Available on Pro and Growth plans

Data export is available on the Pro ($49/mo) and Growth ($99/mo) plans. If you are on the Starter plan and need export access, you can upgrade at any time from Settings → Billing.

What you can export

Exports include the following data depending on your integrations:

Notification performance — views, clicks, and CTR broken down by notification name and date
Page performance — notification views grouped by page URL, showing which pages drive the most activity
Conversion data — exposed and unexposed conversion rates, lift, and attributed conversions (available only if a Shopify or WooCommerce integration is connected)

How to export

Go to Analytics in your Activly dashboard.
Set your desired date range using the date picker in the top right.
Click Export CSV — the button is in the top right corner of the analytics view.
The file downloads immediately to your browser's default download location.

No email confirmation or processing delay is required. The export reflects exactly the data and date range visible on the screen at the time of export.

What the CSV includes

Each row in the export represents one notification for one day. Columns include:

Date
Notification name
Views
Clicks
CTR (as a decimal)
Conversions (if conversion tracking is enabled)

Page performance data is exported as a separate tab or file, depending on your browser.

Common use cases

Agency client reports — export monthly data, combine with your reporting template, and share with clients as part of a performance review
Investor updates — show notification-attributed conversions and engagement trends over time
Internal performance reviews — track the impact of changes to notification copy, targeting, or timing across reporting periods
