Cancelling Your Subscription
Cancel your Activly subscription at any time — no questions asked, no cancellation fees.
What happens when you cancel
Cancelling your subscription does not cut off access immediately. Here is the full timeline:
- Your subscription ends at the end of your current billing period.
- You keep access to all features and your full plan limits until that date.
- Notifications continue running on your site and displaying to visitors until the billing period ends.
- After the period ends, notifications stop showing on your site.
- Your account data — notification configurations, analytics history, and integration settings — is retained for 30 days.
- After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted.
How to cancel
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Click Cancel subscription.
- A confirmation screen will show your access end date.
- Confirm the cancellation.
- You will receive a confirmation email at your account email address.
No phone call, no chat with a retention specialist, no multi-step form. The process is self-serve and takes under a minute.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are within your first 30 days on Activly and are not satisfied, email hello@activly.io for a full refund. No questions asked. The refund is returned to the card used for the original payment within 5–10 business days.
Pause instead of cancel
If you are going through a slow season or temporarily do not need notifications running — for example, during a site redesign — you can pause your notifications without cancelling your subscription. Pausing stops notifications from displaying on your site but keeps your data, configurations, and integrations intact.
To pause: go to Settings → Notifications → Pause all notifications. Reactivate at any time.
Pausing is a good option if you plan to return to Activly and do not want to rebuild your notification setup from scratch.
Reactivating after cancellation
If you cancel and later want to return, you can reactivate from Settings → Billing. Your previous notification configurations, integration connections, and analytics data are saved for 30 days after cancellation and will be restored when you reactivate.
After 30 days, data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
