Changing Your Plan
Upgrade or downgrade your Activly plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
Plans available
Activly offers three plans:
- Starter — $16/month
- Pro — $49/month
- Growth — $99/month
All plans are available on a monthly or yearly billing cycle. Choosing yearly saves 20% compared to monthly pricing. The savings amount is shown on the confirmation screen before you commit.
To upgrade
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Click Change Plan.
- Select the plan you want to upgrade to.
- Review the confirmation — it will show the prorated amount due today based on your remaining billing period.
- Confirm the upgrade.
Your card is charged the prorated difference immediately and new features are available right away. You do not need to wait for your next billing cycle.
To downgrade
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Click Change Plan.
- Select the lower plan.
- Confirm the downgrade.
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current plan's features, notification limits, and integrations until that date. No partial refund is issued for the remaining days on your current plan.
If your usage exceeds the limits of your new plan (for example, you have more active notifications than the lower plan allows), Activly will prompt you to reduce usage before the downgrade takes effect.
Switching from monthly to yearly billing
- Go to Settings → Billing → Billing Interval.
- Click Switch to Yearly.
- The confirmation screen will show your annual charge and the savings compared to monthly.
- Confirm — your card is charged for the full year upfront at the discounted rate.
Switching back from yearly to monthly billing takes effect at the end of your current yearly period. Contact support at hello@activly.io if you need to change this earlier.
