Inviting Team Members

Add team members to your Activly account so they can manage notifications, view analytics, and update settings.

Available on Pro and Growth plans

Team members can be invited on the Pro ($49/mo) and Growth ($99/mo) plans. The Starter plan is limited to a single user. If you need to add collaborators, upgrade from SettingsBilling.

How to invite

  1. Go to SettingsTeam.
  2. Click Invite team member.
  3. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
  4. Choose their role: Admin or Viewer (see role details below).
  5. Click Send Invite.
  6. The invitee receives an email with a link to set up their Activly account. If they do not already have an account, they will be prompted to create one.

Pending invites appear in the Team list with an "Invited" status until the recipient accepts.

Roles

Admin

Full access to the account. Admins can:

  • Create, edit, pause, and delete notifications
  • Connect and manage integrations
  • View all analytics and export data
  • Manage notification targeting and display rules
  • Access billing settings and change plans

Viewer

Read-only access. Viewers can:

  • View all notifications and their current status
  • View analytics dashboards and reports
  • See integration connection status

Viewers cannot make any changes to notifications, integrations, or account settings. They do not have access to billing.

Removing a team member

  1. Go to SettingsTeam.
  2. Find the team member in the list.
  3. Click the three-dot menu next to their name.
  4. Click Remove.

Access is revoked immediately. The removed member will see an access denied message if they attempt to log in to your account. Their own Activly account (if they have one) is unaffected — only the connection to your account is removed.

Agencies on the Growth plan

The Growth plan includes white-label and multi-site management features designed for agencies. Rather than adding clients directly to your main account, you can create separate workspaces for each client. Each workspace has its own notifications, integrations, analytics, and billing.

This keeps client accounts isolated and makes it easier to manage multiple sites without mixing data. Workspaces are available from the account switcher in the top right of the Activly dashboard.
